Sun Capital acquired the shareholding in GrowUp Farms, a market-leading vertical farming business.
Acquisition of the operating business of GrowUp, including brand, IP, and flagship vertical farming facility producing the equivalent of 1,000 acres of grade1 farmland. GrowUp supplies leafy greens to major UK food retailers.
