Joint Venture with leading provider in the UK
In 2021 SCP formed a joint venture with a leading developer and operator of luxury retirement communities in the UK. SCP and its partner work together to acquire development sites, obtain planning consent for new retirement communities and then sell the site with the benefit of an implementable planning consent.
